About Pragmatic Performance Management the Business Acceleration Specialists

THE DIRECTORS

Pragmatic Performance Management Limited works with a wide range of associates who apply their specialist skills to the exact requirements of our clients. The company is led by our two founding Directors, Carolyn Story and Sue Windley.

CAROLYN STORY

Carolyn uses her unique background experience of engineering and psychometrics to apply insight into complex business issues with pragmatic and profitable results. Her skill led a technical consultancy to increase their order book by £2 million in one year.

She has board level experience within multi-nationals and SME's, which has honed her strategic business development skills. Carolyn has a fine-tuned ability to unearth the latent capabilities of people - finding the hidden opportunities to achieve more from individuals, teams and organisations.

SUE WINDLEY

Sue has 20+ years in business development, built on her successes in sales and marketing, such as guiding a consultancy to attain a 'Top Ten Achievers' placing based on turnover - no mean feat for a micro business 100 times smaller than its closest competitor.

A Chartered Marketer and marketing communications specialist, Sue is also the Vice-Chair of the South West Regional Board of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.  Sue advises business leaders on the practical aspects of communicating their full potential through the most appropriate media to harness their true competitive advantage to achieve accelerated business growth.
