The Competition selects participants for the Entrepreneurs Bootcamp™. Split into five stages, you earn your place based on two key attributes: your entrepreneurial attitude and your ability to grab attention for your business concept. The next Entrepreneurs Bootcamp™ competition will take place in Spring 2009 (updates will be made available during 2008 on how to apply etc). The 5-day Entrepreneurs Bootcamp™ is a high profile residential programme accelerating would-be entrepreneurs through five years' experience of the highs and the lows of being in business in just five days (and nights!). A wide range of activities and encounters will guarantee you learn how to survive to thrive. You will be tutored by business specialists, successful entrepreneurs, the Royal Marines and human behaviour specialists, all of whom will present a taxing programme aimed at understanding your strengths and weaknesses, whilst building on your passion and commitment for your venture.
In addition to the 5-Day Bootcamp, you will also have won a 12 month follow-up commitment to ensure your new venture has the optimum support to accelerate its success. This will include:
- monthly 1-1 sessions with a PPM Ltd business mentor (who is already a successful entrepreneur);
- specific training sessions on relevant topics when you need it;
- access to time/advice from business specialists professionals;
- membership of The Upstarts Club, a networking club designed exclusively for entrepreneurs.
