2007 Masterclass Series Dates

ENERGISING YOUR SALES & MARKETING 2009 SERIES

Designed by the same team who established and delivered the Entrepreneurs Bootcamp™, we have built on the success and feedback from our 2007 and 2008 series.  Following popular demand, we will be repeating our Open Programme series on Energising Your Sales and Marketing in 2009.

The old adage “People buy from People” is still as true today as it ever was.  You may be technically brilliant and know all there is to know about your product or service, but if you do not have the interpersonal skills to either create rapport with your potential customers, or communicate the benefits of your product/service to them in the way they understand, you reduce your potential to accelerate our business growth.  Therefore our 2008 Series comprises three Masterclasses which will combining the technical knowledge of sales and marketing with the “soft skills” of psychology to enable you to win and keep profitable customers:

  • Finding and Keeping New Customers
  • Selling More to Current Customers
  • Presenting with Impact to Any Audience

Each Masterclass's unique 5-level approach guarantees that participants not only understand the latest theories and current thinking, but they also have the practical tools at their disposal to convert their knowledge into profitable practice!  In addition, because we understand participants will be SME key personnel, to minimise disruption to busy workplaces, each Masterclass takes place over 5 months:

  • 5 x half-day interactive group workshops (limited to a maximum of 15 participants) delivered once a month .  This is the only part of the Masterclass that takes participants out of their workplace but the benefits of networking and learning far outweigh the interruption time.
  • 4 x revision video/podcasts, delivered in the workplace (either as a DVD or by access to a website) which provide additional practical tools and techniques between the workshops
  • 3 x coaching sessions, delivered by telephone to support participants as they implement their new skills
  • 2 x one-to-one on-site consultancy visits, which focus on the participant's specific workplace issues
  • 1 x Masterclass Manual to use as on-going source of skills and knowledge.
