Energising Business Masterclasses
Pragmatic Performance Management's Energising Business Masterclasses™ provide the key skills to accelerate business growth and profit. The subject matter is designed specifically to focus on the needs of SME's with limited resources. Based on current thinking and approaches, they provide practical hints, tips and techniques to solving business issues such as Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Organisational Change, Sales and Marketing Communications.
Our unique 5-level approach guarantees participants not only understand the key tenets of business, but have the tools to apply these newly updated skills into their business immediately – all with minimum disruption to a busy workplace
Delivered over 5 months, each Energising Business Masterclass™ consists of:
- 5 x half-day interactive group workshops (limited to a maximum of 15 participants to guarantee optimum access to the trainer)
- 4 x video/podcasts which provide revision tips with additional practical tools and techniques between the workshops, delivered direct to the participant
- 3 x coaching sessions by telephone at a time to suit the participant to support them as they use their new skills in their business
- 2 x one-to-one on-site consultancy visits, which focus additional learning and knowledge into the participant's specific workplace issues
- 1 x Masterclass Manual for participants to collate their information and knowledge for continuing reference as they apply their newly-honed skills.
Energising Business Masterclasses™ can be delivered as open programmes (see our 2008 Programme) or if a business has more than 6 people wanting to attend a Masterclass, we can design and deliver a tailored Masterclass. Subject areas include:

Our aim is to provide pragmatic approaches for individuals to gain new talents or refresh underused skills to accelerate the growth of their businesses. This is not training as you know it!
